By accessing or using BuildYour11 ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
BuildYour11 is a free-to-play fantasy football and match prediction platform for the World Cup 2026. The Platform is operated by BuildYour11 ("we", "us", "our"). BuildYour11 is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering service. No real money is required to participate. No cash prizes are awarded.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in disqualification and account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fantasy team and prediction rules are detailed on the Rules page (/rules). All scoring is automated based on official match data from our data providers. Points are finalized 2 hours after match completion to allow for stat corrections. Leaderboard rankings are updated periodically.
BuildYour11 offers non-monetary rewards including digital badges, recognition, and promotional prizes. Specific reward details are published on the Rewards page (/rewards) and may be updated during the tournament. Rewards are awarded at our discretion based on leaderboard performance. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify the rewards structure at any time with reasonable notice.
BuildYour11 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national football association, or any football league. All trademarks, team names, and player names belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and editorial purposes only. The BuildYour11 name, logo, and design are the intellectual property of BuildYour11.
The Platform displays advertisements from third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense) and direct sponsors. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from Platform content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. You may manage cookie preferences via the cookie consent banner.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy (/privacy). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
You agree NOT to: use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers; attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings through collusion or fraud; share your account credentials; post offensive, abusive, or illegal content; or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for inaccuracies in match data, service interruptions, loss of data, or actions of third-party advertisers. Our total liability shall not exceed $0 for this free service.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
