BuildYour11 ("we", "us", "our") operates BuildYour11 (buildyour11.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our Platform.
Information You Provide: display name, email address, team name, avatar, notification preferences, fantasy team selections, predictions, league memberships. Information Collected Automatically: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, pages visited, session duration, IP address (for approximate geolocation and security), cookies and similar technologies. Information from Third Parties: Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture if you sign in with Google).
We use your data to: create and manage your account; provide gameplay experience; calculate scores, update leaderboards, and award rewards; send transactional emails; display relevant advertisements; analyse usage patterns to improve the Platform; detect fraud and security threats; and comply with legal obligations. We do NOT: sell your personal data, use it for automated decision-making with legal effects, or collect sensitive personal data.
We share data with: Supabase (database, authentication), Cloudflare (web hosting), Google AdSense (advertising, subject to cookie consent), and email service providers (transactional emails). We do NOT share your data with data brokers or marketing agencies.
We display advertisements via Google AdSense and direct sponsors. AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your browsing history. You can control this via the cookie consent banner or Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com). Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant.

Account data: retained for 12 months after the tournament ends, then anonymized. Gameplay data: retained for 12 months, then anonymized. Analytics data: anonymized within 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

All data transmitted via HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Passwords hashed by Supabase Auth. Database access controlled by Row Level Security. No payment data collected. Access to production systems restricted.
The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes communicated via email or in-app notification.
